FREE SUNDAY RELAXATION SESSION 27th SEPTEMBER, 8pm - 9pm

THIS FREE EVENT IS AN ONLINE VIA ZOOM. An end of the weekend relaxation session to help with a deeper sleep. Some very simple yoga stretches and Yoga Nidra [the sleep of Yoga]. You can lie on your bed if you do not have a yoga mat. Ensure the room is dimly lit, warm and cosy.

About the Event

As a Scaravelli-inspired Yoga teacher I see the benefit of the relaxation section at the end of every class.   But it is over all too soon!   So this hour gives the body more time to set a framework for de-stressing every day.    We sometimes think we are relaxing simply by going to bed when we are tired, calmly reading a book etc, but our body AND mind need to be relaxed for true relaxation.   Yoga Nidra gives the body this deep connection to letting go.
