OUR NEXT SUNDAY FREE ONLINE RELAXATION 2021

IS TO BE ARRANGED

Sessions are 1 hour long

ABOUT THE FREE SUNDAY RELAXATION EVENTS:

We will start with very slow yoga warm up moves. Then we will look at supporting the body for maximum relaxation. Then enjoy a guided shamanic meditation.

This event is free, as my thank you to all my loyal yoga students who follow my online weekly classes and also as a way of reaching out to anyone who is feeling the need for more self care and self soothing. All are welcome.

You do not need any yoga experience to join these free sessions.

You can lie on your bed, yoga mat or a large towel.

 

You can include family members if you wish and/or anyone in your current Safe Covid Bubble.

You will need close to hand:-

Your yoga mat, large towel/blanket to lie on, or your bed. Plus:

  1. Another smaller towel rolled up in a sausage shape for under your knees.

  2. Another smaller blanket or towel to fold into oblong shape for the back of your neck.

  3. Another smaller cushion for underneath your heels.

  4. A long scarf OR a very wide crepe bandage to wrap around your head and eyes! It will all make sense on the night!

  5. A eye bag if you have one. A lovely lavender and wheat weighted eye bag is perfect, you just need some weight across your eyes or even forehead. You will use this bag many times in our Yoga sessions.  

  6. Your normal yoga blanket and extra socks for warmth.

  7. Your room all warm and cosy. Dim the lights etc.

  8. PHONE OFF!
