Currently, to keep my fees low,  my Website is not set-up to accept online bookings and payments.

But it is just as simple by email.

Please sign up for your First Free Class.

 

And even if you never attend my Yoga, you will still be invited to my Free Monthly Reiki Sessions.

AND the monthly Yoga Nidra Sessions [£12].

 

After your First Free Online Class you simply pay for the week you are attending into my Bank Account. 

 I will send you the details after your first class and you are happy this style of Yoga is for you, and Online Yoga is for you.

Slow Gentle Yoga Online

Yoga in your own home.   No memberships or Subscriptions.   Just pay weekly when you can attend.

You will need a yoga mat, and a folded up blanket.  

After an hour of slow gentle movements, which can be deceptive, you are working muscles and your joints, bones and tissue, more than you think!

We take a short break and come back for Relaxation/Meditation/Healing

Free Sunday Evening Monthly Online Reiki

As a Reiki Master for 20 years, I offer these free monthly Reiki sessions.    All you have to do is make yourself comfortable, your own bed or yoga mat or couch.    Settle down and receive the distance Reiki healing.

I also offer Reiki Attunements twice a year

You should be on my mailing list as soon as you have had your first free yoga class, so I will send you all the joining details.  

HOWEVER, you dont have to attend any of my Yoga classes to join.

Monthly Sunday Evening Yoga Nidra

These sessions are approximately up to 1.5 hours long and the cost is £12.00

You dont have to attend my Yoga classes to join and experience the amazing healing of Yoga Nidra.

We start with a few gentle yoga moves to prepare the body for lying down, then you settle down into your 'nest' of blankets, pillows, socks, eye mask etc.    Even lie on your own bed.

Have a yummy piece of chocolate ready for the end.   The wonderful taste of chocolate helps 'bring you back' from your deep Sleep of Yoga and helps ground you.
