Service Description
Join our wind down Free Sunday evening Reiki session to reset and recharge for the week ahead. This Online Zoom group experience focuses on gentle Reiki healing to help relieve stress, promote relaxation, give clarity for whatever is troubling you - all from the comfort of your home. If you are unable to attend, I can add you to my Healing Grid, or any of your loved ones, with their permission. Please email me with their name and location, i.e. Beth in Nottingham. The Intention of Reiki healing is that it goes where it is needed, always for the person's higher good. It works on animals too. Can we join the session in silence please. Reiki healing will already have begun with my preparations, my hands tingling, my focus on the energy. Others who have joined may already be relaxing too Please know you are welcome. Thank you. A little wave is fine! What to expect: Phone off! Been to the toilet? Water ready for afterwards. Please drink loads for the rest of the evening. Reiki kick starts healing in the body and aids clarity of the mind. Once we are all settled, I will 'open' the healing space. This means I call upon Reiki Masters, Ancients and Spirit, to hold the space safe as Reiki is only intended for everyone's greater good. I take you on a guided relaxation. You can light a candle, ensure it is safe. I don't play music in the background, as I personally find it distracting, but if you prefer some peaceful music in your environment, then please switch it on. You are muted so no one else can hear it. If you are not comfortable, then wriggle around until you are!! Many people fall asleep, and that is perfect! Sometimes you 'feel' something/tingling etc. And often, nothing. This is OK. The healing is still taking place and sometimes does not 'show up' for a couple of hours or days. I then sit quietly, approx 20 minutes, as the energy flows. [The energy flows from 'the source' - whatever that means for you - God, The Universe, Higher Power for instance - it is not coming from me]. I am silent all this time. Towards the end of the hour you will hear my voice, gently indicating the session is coming to an end. I 'close' the healing space. Thank the Reiki guides etc. Please just give me a thumbs up so I know you are 'back' and OK. You can message me privately afterwards if you need to. I am open to hear anything about your experience. Booking Policy for Paid Classes * Classes must be booked and paid for in advance. * Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. * Please ensure that the email address and contact details provided at booking are correct, as class links and important updates will be sent there. * Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else, e.g. via email........ HOWEVER, you can invite anyone else in your household to attend with you at no extra cost Cancellation Policy * You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the class starts. * Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be transferred to another available class or refunded, subject to the refund terms below. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are normally non-refundable and cannot be transferred. * If you are unable to attend because of an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a class transfer at our discretion. Please just get in touch with me and lets chat. Thank you. Refund Policy * Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund. * Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. * Instead of a refund, you can choose to transfer your payment to another class. * Missed classes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund. * If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by the instructor, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another class. * If technical problems on the instructor's side prevent the class from taking place, you will be offered a full refund or a replacement class. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy * Please join the online class at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. * If you arrive late, you may join where technically possible, but the class will not be extended to compensate for late arrival. * No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. If you experience an emergency or exceptional situation, please contact me as soon as possible. I will give fair and compassionate attention to your issue. By booking an online yoga class, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these booking, cancellation and refund terms.
