Each week will be like a Masterclass so you can benefit more. After June I can find you another Yoga class to continue with, or you can also attend my Online Classes via Zoom
My classes are not suitable for pregnancy. Please find a local Birthlight Class:
Please bring your own mat, blanket, small cushion and yoga belt.
